Soring Hype from Science

Forward thinking physicians commonly recognize that repair stem cells (adult stem cells) are the future of medicine. But stem cell therapies are still in their infancy today, and the average patient cannot tell the difference between safe and effective treatment vs. what is questionable and perhaps dangerous. 

Newspapers and TV are airing many stories of patients traveling great distances to get help for a disease for which modern medicine had little to offer them. Distinguishing between what works safely and what is not yet even reasonably demonstrated effective is a daunting task, even for an MD. One man did not like the risks patient-travelers were taking and has done something about it. 

Don Margolis started The Repair Stem Cell Institute LLC, to educate, inform and empower patients in their search for stem cell treatments for specific diseases. "First off," says Margolis, "patients must realize that there are few complete cures today. We must be satisfied with a significant improvement in quality of life."

That allowed us to uncover the first seven treatment centers which meet our standards. We're constantly on the lookout for more. Any licensed doctor using repair stem cells to help people may apply. The Standards are clearly displayed on our website."
